Lost or undelivered licenses

All ThinkMac Mac applications require a license file in order to be unlocked from demo mode. These licenses are delivered by email after you complete a purchase via PayPal or Google Checkout. Please note that if you have paid by eCheque you may have to wait a few days for your license - eCheques do not clear immediatly like a creditcard payment.

iPhone applications are delivered as full versions when you purchase in the App Store or iTunes. They do not require a license file. Backing up the applications you buy on the App Store is your responsibility - we can not offer you a redownload if you lose your copy.
